Tablet film coating material contains polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol, talc, and iron oxide yellow.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch5\u003eHow should I use this medication?\u003c\/h5\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTake \u003cstrong\u003eLumakras\u003c\/strong\u003e exactly as your healthcare provider tells you to take it. Do not change your dose or stop taking \u003cstrong\u003eLumakras\u003c\/strong\u003e unless your healthcare provider tells you to.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTake \u003cstrong\u003eLumakras\u003c\/strong\u003e tablets 1 time each day, at about the same time each day.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTake the tablets with or without food.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSwallow the tablets whole. Do not chew, crush, or split tablets.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf you cannot swallow the tablets whole:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlace your daily dose in a glass of 4 ounces (120 mL) of non-carbonated, room temperature water without crushing the tablets. Do not use any other liquids.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eStir until the tablets are in small pieces (the tablets will not completely dissolve). The color of the mixture may be pale yellow to bright yellow.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDrink the tablet and water mixture right away or within 2 hours of preparing. Your healthcare provider should do blood tests before starting, and during treatment to check your liver function. Tell your healthcare provider right way if you get any signs or symptoms of liver problems, including:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eyour skin or the white part of your eyes turns yellow (jaundice)\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003edark or \"tea-colored\" urine\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003elight-colored stools (bowel movements)\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003etiredness or weakness\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003enausea or vomiting\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ebleeding or bruising\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eloss of appetite\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003epain, aching, or tenderness on the right side of your stomach-area (abdomen)\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eLung or breathing problems.
